Draft SBLOG Concept Plan Version 1.0

Notes from our meeting with WAPC are linked to ideas we put on the table. These ideas have been developed by Kevin and I over the past few days and we feel that we have the bare bones of a concept plan to build on. We can't promise that WAPC will endorse all these ideas but we want to push for as many inovations as we can. We expect that WAPC will take some of these concepts on board and reject others.

Bear in mind that we have not yet shown this drawing to Gail Bermingham. I would like to settle the fee share arrangement so that we can start working with her this week. She is busy next week and the days are ticking over towards our deadline.
