Show me the Vegetation

Where is the vegetation? This portion of Lot 10 has been claimed by the EPA on the advice of the Shire's consultants GHD as being of significant conservation value to justify. The reality is that the only green on the image is Box Thorn.

Since all land owners must contribute 10% of their land for POS... or make a cash contribution in kind, our thinking is to offer larger areas of Swale on the clay flats as a conservation offset as POS.

Lot 10 has good views from this extreme western land but the contours fall away to the East as will the value of any lots so this area worth saving for residential development.
